1.Which credit card do you accept? We take Visa, Master Card and American Express and also we accept money order that should be made payable to Chocotel.

2.How long will my order take? For Chocolate bouquets: are made the same day you decide to send them, please allow enough time for delivery. For Corporate gifts: Most orders are completed in 3 to 4 weeks. Please allow at least 3 weeks after we have a approved your artwork. You will received an e-mail or phone call to inform you whether or not your artwork has been approved, or if additional information is needed. Other orders using stock designs take 1 to 2 weeks depending on quantity ordered.

3.Are rush orders available? Yes, rush orders are available with an extra charge.

4.What kind of chocolate do you use? Our chocolate bouquets and corporate chocolates are made of the finest Belgian chocolate.

5. How do you ship in warm weather? We can ship any time of the year. During hot weather, we ship in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. Overnight delivery is required when temperatures exceed 85 degrees. Orders must be receive by some one and placed in a heat protected area.
