• What area do you service?
  Our service area includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Please contact us for any other country.

  Do you require reservations & a deposit?
  Yes! Reservations are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis . We require a completed contract and a $ 200.00 deposit at the time of your booking to hold your event. The balance of your payment is due at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your event.

• Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outdoors?
  We recommend that you use the Chocolate Fountain indoors only. Outside air temperature plays an important factor on the flowing consistency of the chocolate.

• How do I make a reservation?
  To make a reservation for your event you can call us at 305. 285. 5515 or e-mail us at customerservice@chocotel.com Remember to make your reservation in advance. 

• Can I add second Fountain to my Rental Package?
  Add a second fountain to your rental package! You can add any size fountain and choose milk, dark or white chocolate to create the ultimate dipping experiencie for your guests! Please call for special pricing to add a second fountain to your rental package.
