FAQ

• Does the Chocolate Fountain use real chocolate?
  Yes, we use the finest Belgian chocolate.

• How many people will the Chocolate Fountain serve?
  We have different sizes of chocolate fountains and different type of packages. Our chocolate fountains serve from 75 to 1,000 guests. One of our packages includes unlimited chocolate for up to 300 guests.

• Do I have to set up, tear down and clean up the Chocolate Fountain?
  We do all the work for you.We will arrive at your special event at least 30 minutes prior to the designated starting time. The chocolate fountain will be set-up and the chocolate will be melted and flowing elegantly, so your guests will smell the sweet aroma of chocolate. Finally we will clean-up and dismantle the chocolate fountain.

• What are the table & electrical requirements?
  Since the chocolate fountain weighs approximately 100 pounds when full, a level sturdy table is a must.
  If it is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly.
  Your banquet facility should provide two table linens that will coordinate with your color scheme. The chocolate fountain requires 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feets of the set-up location.

• What dipping can we use with the Fountain?
  Most popular dipping items are:
  Strawberries, pineapples, melons, apple slices, bananas, maraschinos cherries, pretzels, oreos, chocolate chip cookies, graham crackers, marshmallows, potato chips, wafers, please check our list of dippings.      

• Who provides the dipping items?
  We can provide the dipping items if you wish at an additional cost depending on what items you choose.

• How long can I have the Chocolate Fountain to my event?
  Our package includes use of the Chocolate Fountain for up to 3 hours. This does not include set-up and teardown, which are done on our time. Additional service at $50 per hour.
