General Information -Your chocolates are hand-made fresh to order, nothing is stocked. Please consider that this takes a little extra time. -We especially need a few extra days during holidays to finish orders. Large and custom orders can take up to a week or more to process. You must call at 305.285.5515 or email us at customerservice@chocotel.com if you have a deadline. -Cooler Packs will be used as long as it is still warm where shipping origin is. - Nuts are sometimes used during our chocolate making. Please do not order our chocolate if you are allergic to nuts in any way.

For chocolate bouquets, gift boxes and gift baskets: -All arrangements are hand-made and decorated on the same day that you decide to send them. -To give you the best service, please: In the State of Florida place your order 1 day in advance before 12:00 noon eastern standard time (Monday - Thursday) Nationwide place your order 2 or more days in advance before 12:00 noon eastern standard time ( Monday - Wednesday) -Remember we especially need a few extra days during holidays to finish orders. -We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
