Shipping
-All packages will be shipped via UPS. -We are not responsible for orders left outside or undeliverable according to UPS standards. -We can not be responsible for late deliveries or damage in transit. All claims (damage, delay, loss) should be filed by the purchase with the carrier promptly. Do not return damage item directly to us. -We do not accept P.O. Box, Army post office (APO) and Fleet post office (FPO) addresses. Wrong address Provided: If you provide us with the wrong address and your package is returned to us, we will re-direct your package with the correct address your provide, but we will not responsible for any additional postage required. We will bill your credit card or you will have to send money order for the original amount of shipping again. We will have to repackage your order to ensure that the contents are not damaged. -Please try to be available to receive your package when it’s delivered. Consider having it delivered to work, instead of the box waiting for you on your front porch where it might be warm. Please call or email us if you have any questions. Gift Shipments: Please make sure that the gift recipient will be available to receive the package. If the package was delivered on time, but the recipient was out of town or not available to accept the package, we will not be responsible for replacing the chocolates if they are melted. -Our chocolate products are shipped in styrofoam container that contains gel packs refrigerants. These gel packs are frozen for 24 hours period for sufficient cooling of our chocolates during transit. It is nearly impossible that this gel packs thaw within a 2 days travel routed while inside their protected container. -Chocotel will not be responsible for melted chocolate delivered on time. We will not issue replacements or refunds. Note: Carriers do not insure or issue refunds for perishable items. |
